Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
For all other items customers have 30 days to return your item. Items must be unwashed and in original condition with tags to be accepted for a return.
Returned orders will be refunded, with the exception of customer-paid shipping costs.
Orders receiving a full refund do not qualify for free return shipping to Benchmark FR.

You have up to 30 days to exchange a product for a different size. Clothing items must be unwashed and in original condition with tags to be accepted for a return.
Shipping the exchange to Benchmark is free for customers living within the United States. For customers outside the United States shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Benchmark will ship replacement item to the customer, free ground shipping.
Benchmark FR will repair any Benchmark FR product for up to one year, for free (even if it’s your fault). Products must be shipped clean and recently laundered
Shipping the damaged item to Benchmark FR is the customer’s responsibility. Benchmark FR will ship repaired item free ground shipping
In the rare event of a product defect we'll exchange the product for free
Stickers and customized products are not eligible for return, or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Customizations include prints, embroidery, striping, and alterations including skinny-legs, flag patches, and gas/radio loops. Additional products may also be exempt, please see individual product pages for details.
If you are not 100% satisified with your purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange
Shipping Policies and Processing Times
It is always our goal to ship orders as quickly as possible. However in instances in which an item needs to be customized, the processing time will be longer.
Here are the estimated processing times for customer orders.
1 Day: Non-Custom Items in Stock
2 Days: Graphic Print T-Shirts & pants requiring hem for proper sizing
3 Days Custom Artwork: Logo Embroidery and prints will ship within three days of customer approval of artwork
3 Days Reflective Striping: Reflective Striping (Shirts & Coveralls)
Customers will receive free ground shipping on all orders, within the lower 48 states. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska qualify to receive our discounted shipping rates, but free ground shipping does not apply. Most orders are shipped via Fed-Ex, UPS, or USPS. If you need your product delivered quickly we offer discounted rates on 2nd Day and Overnight shipping via UPS, Fed-EX and USPS, these rates are available during checkout. We will gladly use your UPS account to ship your order, please add your account number and instructions to the Order Instruction/Comments section during checkout
All orders ship from Santa Ana, California
If an order contains multiple products including items that are customized, the order will ship in full once all customizations are complete
Benchmark supports our military and service members. APO and FPO orders are shipped with the US post Office. Tracking is not possible on these shipments but delivery confirmation is included.
International orders are shipped via the best route and carrier option. Shipping is charged to the customer at our discounted rates
We offer free shipping on orders over $25 shipping within the United States.
Expedited shipping options available at checkout at an extra cost.
We may require signature on orders over $400 to residential addresses
