It is always our goal to ship orders as quickly as possible. However in instances in which an item needs to be customized, the processing time will be longer.
Here are the estimated processing times for customer orders.
1 Day: Non-Custom Items in Stock
3 Days: Graphic Print T-Shirts & Custom Printed Items (Face Masks, T-Shirts)
3 Days: Logo Embroidery (if we have digitized logo) Add additional Day for new logo.
5 Days: Reflective Striping (Shirts & Coveralls)
Customers will receive free ground shipping on all orders, within the lower 48 states. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska qualify to receive our discounted shipping rates, but free ground shipping does not apply. Most orders are shipped via UPS, UPS SurePost or USPS. If you need your product delivered quickly we offer discounted rates on 2nd Day and Overnight shipping via UPS and USPS, these rates are available during checkout. We will gladly use your UPS account to ship your order, please add your account number and instructions to the Order Instruction/Comments section during checkout
All orders ship from Santa Ana, California.
Benchmark supports our military and service members. APO and FPO orders are shipped with the US post Office. Tracking is not possible on these shipments but delivery confirmation is included.
International orders are shipped via the best rout and carrier option. Shipping is charged to the customer at our discounted rates.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll refund or exchange it.
For all other items customers have 30 days to return your item in its original unused condition for a full refund. Orders receiving a full refund do not qualify for free return shipping to Benchmark FR.

You have up to 90 days to exchange a product for a different size. Exchanged item should be returned in its original unused condition. Shipping the exchange to Benchmark is the customer’s responsibility. Benchmark will ship replacement item to the customer, free ground shipping.
Benchmark will repair any Benchmark FR product for up to one year, for free (even if it’s your fault). Products must be shipped clean and recently laundered. Shipping the damaged item to Benchmark is the customer’s responsibility. Benchmark will ship repaired item to the customer, free ground shipping.
In the rare event of a product defect we'll exchange the product for free.
