Benchmark FR Fit Guide
Simple steps to find your perfect FR fit.
STEP 1: Measure Your Body or Your Buddy
CHEST
In a standing position, measure the circumference of your upper body at the fullest part of your chest, 1" below the armpit.
SLEEVE LENGTH
Measure your sleeve length starting from your center back neck, over the top of your shoulder, down to your wrist bone, then add 1/2" to that total measurement.
BICEP
Measure around the widest part of your bicep, halfway between your shoulder and elbow.
TORSO LENGTH
In a standing position, hold the end of the tape measure at your crotch seam and measure up to the base of your front neck. Try to sand up straight.
Tip: Helpful when choosing your coverall size, especially if you are over 6".
WAIST
Measure around your waist where your pants sit naturally, or most comfortably. Alternatively, you can look at the tag inside pants that you wear regularly and are most comfortable.
INSEAM
There are three ways to determine your inseam length.
If Wearing Pants: Measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom hem of your pants, smoothing seam along the way.
If Wearing Shorts: Measure from the crotch seam down to your ankle bone, then add 1" to that measurement.
Check Your Own Pants: Lay pants on a flat surface and smooth out any wrinkles. Measure from the center crotch seam down to the bottom hem, making sure to follow along the curve of the seam for accuracy.
THIGH
Measure around the widest part of your thigh.
