- Easy Return Process: We've simplified the return process to make it easy for you. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order. - Returns and Exchanges: Through the self-initiated return process just let us know if you are looking to return a product, exchange or repair. In cases of exchanges; please let us know what size you would like in return. As long as the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging and tags intact, we'll accept your return or exchange.
- Free Return Shipping: We want to minimize any inconvenience for you, so we offer free return shipping. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label, making it easy for you to return the product without any additional cost. Simply pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location. Applies only to customers living within the United States.
- Fast Refunds: We understand that you may want your refund as soon as possible. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund promptly. You can expect to receive your refund within 3 days after we've received the return.
- Repairs: For repairs that fall within our free repair policy, but are over our return and exchange period; please contact our customer support team for assistance. We are available Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM PST through phone email or chat.
