This American made vest has a fleece exterior with our 2nd skin jersey liner. The vest is a versatile three season vest that is warm and perfect for chilly days. The vest features a full-zipper, all the way to the top of the mock-neck collar and has four pockets.. Arm openings are large and with an easy fit through the shoulders and chest. The vest is slightly longer than a store bought vest and shrinkage in laundry is less than 5% in the length and 2% in the width. Electrical linemen wear this vest when they need to use rubber sleeves. Made to be worn over another shirt.

This item meets the performance specification ASTM F1506-18 which is the Standard Performance Specification for Flame Resistant and Electric Arc Rated Protective Clothing Worn by Workers Exposed to Flames and Arcs. This specification is called out in OSHA 1910.269, NFPA 70E and CSA Z462.

Meets NFPA 70E: Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace. Arc Flash PPE Category 4 or “CAT 4” with an Arc Rating (EBT) = 42 cal/cm2.

This garment is constructed from arc and flame resistant fabric and components in a facility with audited quality controls. It will resist ignition and not continue to burn when the ignition source is removed. This garment is not intended for fire fighting activities and provides no protection from chemical exposure. This garment will maintain its flame resistant properties for the life of the garment provided wash and care instructions are followed.
