Refund policy

Refunds:

Customers have 30 days to return your item in its original unused condition with tags attached for a full refund. Stickers and customized products are not eligible under Benchmark FR's return and exchange policy

Size Exchange:

You have up to 30 days to exchange a product for a different size. Exchanged item should be returned in its original unused condition. Shipping the exchange to Benchmark is the customer’s responsibility. Benchmark will ship replacement item to the customer, free ground shipping.

Repairs:

Benchmark will repair any Benchmark FR product for up to one year, for free (even if it’s your fault). Products must be shipped clean and recently laundered. Shipping the damaged item to Benchmark is the customer’s responsibility. Benchmark will ship repaired item to the customer, free ground shipping.
