Benchmark FR Zipper Repair

The Problem: We have recently seen a high volume of pant zipper defects, where our normally durable zippers have been breaking or have a rough action, causing the teeth to break apart when being zipped up or down. This is isolated to brass pant zippers bearing the makers mark Lenzip, used from late 2022 until early 2023. Not all pant zippers used during this period are defective.

Free Zipper Replacement: We will repair any Benchmark FR pant with a broken Lenzip zipper. All repaired pants will receive a flame resistant YKK zipper, and will be sewn onsite at our factory headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. Benchmark FR will supply a shipping label for the pants returns.  Once repaired, we will ship your pants back to you, free of charge. We only ask that you send us clean or laundered pants. 

Future Orders: Benchmark FR will be using quality YKK zippers on pants moving forward.  We are also transitioning our navy pants to a more durable canvas material with improved stretch/flex.
