Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. Please review the following return guidelines:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within one year of the original purchase date. Orders older than one year are not eligible for return.

• Return Approval: All returns must be pre-approved by Benchmark FR.

• High-Value Returns: Approved returns valued over $1,000 will be issued as credit only (no cash refunds) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Customized Items: Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
