We start with continuous ribbed cuffs and waist, kangaroo front pocket and a durable three-piece lined hood. Fleece lining to makes the pullover super soft and to help keep you warm and hold in body heat as temperatures drop. Striped with YSY (Yellow-Silver-Yellow Striping)

This item meets the performance specification ASTM F1506-18 which is the Standard Performance Specification for Flame Resistant and Electric Arc Rated Protective Clothing Worn by Workers Exposed to Flames and Arcs. This specification is called out in OSHA 1910.269, NFPA 70E and CSA Z462.

This clothing item is UL Certified and meets the requirements of NFPA 2112-2018. It is considered flame resistant clothing for protection against short term duration thermal exposure from fire in accordance with NFPA 2112-2018. Note that NFPA 2113 requires upper and lower body coverage.

Meets NFPA 70E: Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace. Arc Flash PPE Category 2 or “CAT 2” with an Arc Rating (ATPV) = 20 cal/cm2

This garment is constructed from arc and flame resistant fabric and components in a facility with audited quality controls. It will resist ignition and not continue to burn when the ignition source is removed. This garment is not intended for fire fighting activities and provides no protection from chemical exposure. This garment will maintain its flame resistant properties for the life of the garment provided wash and care instructions are followed.

Best sweatshirt I have ever owned
I ordered one of these last year with the American flag on the back that says “This Flag Won’t Burn” This is an FR hoodie they call them now.
It is very rugged and warm. It looks awesome and is very comfortable. I have washed it many times and it has not faded.
This was my first experience with this brand, I was looking for American made workwear and by fate found this website and vendor. The woman in customer service was awesome and very on the spot with the entire process.
Since that first experience She has sold me I think 5 FR long sleeve t-shirts with this flag won’t burn art work on the back and two FR heavy long sleeve work shirts with the optional US flag patch on the shoulder.
I also set them up as our FR outer-ware vendor at my employer.
I would recommend these products, I have got comments every time I wear one because of the US flag proudly displayed on them.
