The Tropic Camo FR Hawaiian Shirt is a single layer long sleeve shirt with Silver Bullet FR fabric for the body and our flame resistant knit jersey for the sleeves. The body is light weight inherent blend with extreme moisture wicking capabilities and 8.9 cal/cm2 rating with FR cotton sleeves.

This item meets the performance specification ASTM F1506-18 which is the Standard Performance Specification for Flame Resistant and Electric Arc Rated Protective Clothing Worn by Workers Exposed to Flames and Arcs. This specification is called out in OSHA 1910.269, NFPA 70E and CSA Z462.
This clothing item is UL Certified and meets the requirements of NFPA 2112-2018. It is considered flame resistant clothing for protection against short term duration thermal exposure from fire in accordance with NFPA 2112-2018. Note that NFPA 2113 requires upper and lower body coverage.
Meets NFPA 70E: Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace. Arc Flash PPE Category 2 or “CAT 2” with an Arc Rating (ATPV) = 8.9 cal/cm2.
This garment is constructed from arc and flame resistant fabric and components in a facility with audited quality controls. It will resist ignition and not continue to burn when the ignition source is removed. This garment is not intended for fire fighting activities and provides no protection from chemical exposure. This garment will maintain its flame resistant properties for the life of the garment provided wash and care instructions are followed.
