Have you ever bought a new shirt, pants or other item of clothing and you accidentally snagged it on something and ripped a hole? Imagine going back to the store and asking them to fix it for you free of charge.
After they stop laughing hysterically, they will tell you that because you created the rip, there is nothing
they can do for you except sell you a new one.
We've always done things a little differently at Benchmark FR, which is why we created our repair warranty. For one year after the ship date, if you rip a hole in one of our shirts, pants, jeans or coveralls, send them back to us and we will repair the item using the same materials, components and threads. The best part is we won't charge you a penny for the repair.
What's The Catch?
Now you might be thinking, what is the catch? The only thing we can't cover under the repair warranty are items that are stolen or lost because we can't repair something that you can't send to us. Unfortunately, we do not have a lost or theft warranty. We also don't cover repairs on other companies stuff so don't even think about it.
We created the warranty because we know how hard you work and with hard work, sometimes your clothes get the bad end of the deal. Instead of trying to get you to buy another item, we can just fix the issue for you. It is probably not the smartest thing to do from a sales standpoint but in our minds, it is the right thing to do.
