What Makes FR Jeans Different

What Makes FR Jeans Different

Abrasion Resistant: Abrasion resistance means your FR jeans last longer, no matter how hard you go. Gravel? Sharp metal? No holey’s.

Superior Tensile Strength: It starts with yarns, which are constructed to resist tearing, stretching or breaking under pressure.

Lightweight: Nylon is lightweight by nature, so it reduced the weight of our jeans. Ideal for warmer weather and all-day wear.

Excellent Recovery: Blending nylon into cotton adds next-level durability with excellent stretch and recovery. Your jeans move comfortably with your body while maintaining their shape wear after wear.

Un-Holey VS. Barbed Wire

Watch how our FR denim holds up to the sharpest metal.

Put To The Test

We conducted a 3rd Party abrasion resistance test to see how our FR denim holds up against popular western-style FR jeans. After 153,000 passes, our denim never developed any holes. It was so successful in fact that the test was concluded because no holes were going to develop. See how the other guys performed against us.

From Fiber To Finished Product

Every step of the FR manufacturing process, done right here in the U.S.A.

Cotton Spinning: Domestically grown cotton is combed and carded in preparation for

Indigo Dying: Once yarns are spun, they are dyed in indigo to achieve the classic “denim blue” color.

FR Treatment: Flame resistant properties are permanently imparted into the yarn fivers through a heat process.

Quality Control: Every individual lot of fabric made is inspected for quality, flame resistance and compliance.

100% Stitched & Sourced in the U.S.A.

When we say made here, we mean from fiber to finished product. From the cotton fibers used to spin the denim yarns, to the yarns that stitch the seams together, our FR jeans are 100% sourced and Made In USA. That includes all components found in our pants; zippers, buttons, thread and pocketing.

Manufacturing in the USA supports an entire supply chain across the nation and ultimately in our own backyard where we sew and distribute our FR gear, in Santa Ana, California.

Making quality compliant FR clothing is a group effort and our US suppliers make it all possible.
